Nikola Golux

Engineer · Founder of Golux Group · Belgrade

I turn ideas into products.

For over fifteen years I have built software that runs in production. Today I build it with AI, faster and with fewer people, and I pass that knowledge on to founders, teams and engineers.

Choose how we work together

If you need a finished product, I build it. If you want to build it yourself, I teach you. If you only need a clear next step, you get it in an hour.

About

An engineer who still writes the code

For over fifteen years I have built and run production software, for companies in the United States and Western Europe and for my own products. With my collaborators I have built and shipped over 50 products.

I founded Golux Group, where I now build products with AI: judgment and architecture stay with people, and models bring the speed. I teach this way of working to others, because today it is the shortest path from an idea to a product.

Process

How working together goes

  1. 01

    Apply

Fill in a short form about you, the project and the goal. From that I can see whether I can help and which way of working makes sense.

  2. 02

    Call and plan

A short call to check that we are the right fit. If we are, you get a proposal: scope, pace and next steps.

  3. 03

    Work and result

We work in short cycles, with what works shown rather than described. You always know what is done, what comes next and why.

Who it is for

Who I usually work with

Founders before the first product

You have an idea and customers in sight, and you need someone who knows the road from a sketch to an application in production.

Companies adopting AI

You want AI to do real work in your system, not stay a demo in a meeting.

Engineers who want to go further

You can code, and you want to work faster with AI tools while the code stays clean and reliable.

Existing products that are stuck

The system works, but slowly, expensively or unreliably, and it needs someone to fix it without breaking it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope: product development is agreed per project, mentoring and consultations per package. You get an exact offer after a short call, once I know what you need.

Do you work alone?

I am accountable for the work and lead it personally. When a project needs more hands, collaborators from Golux Group join by name, with a clear part to own.

What if I am not technical?

That is fine. If you want someone to build the product for you, there is product development. If you want to learn, mentoring starts at your level, including from zero.

What is the difference between mentoring and a consultation?

A consultation is one conversation with a written plan after it. Mentoring is work over a longer period, on your product, with calls, code review and support between calls.

Do you guarantee results?

No honest person can guarantee a product's success, because it also depends on the market and the customers. I guarantee a clear plan, honest judgment and work you can see.

Which language do we work in?

English or Serbian, whichever suits you.

Have an idea, or a project that is stuck?

Fill in a short form and I will get back to you with a proposed next step.
